At the core of Santosha Living is Sandra who is passionate about Yoga, healthy eating, conscious living and personal growth.

The objective of Santosha Living is to create opportunities to empower people by helping them gain knowledge and acquire skills in order to achieve the best version of themselves, mind, body and spirit.

Santosha Living works with people of all ages, all abilities and from all walks of life. As well as 1:1 sessions, public classes and workshops Santosha Living also works with local councils, GPs, schools and charitable organisations.

Fit, healthy and strong are words that you will hear often, as they are central to the positivity that Santosha Living promotes.
