Gong Bath and Sound Meditation is a form of meditation that is accessible to everyone, using a mix of gongs, singing bowls and instruments to help to rejuvenate the body and mind giving an overall sense of relaxation.
Passively soaking up the wonderful sounds and immersing yourself in the vibrations produced by the gongs and instruments which can be felt passing through the body, may help with relieving stress and fatigue whilst boosting creativity and feelings of wellness as well as calming the mind.
