Yoga is an ancient practice which involves postures, meditation and breathwork to promote physical and mental health wellbeing.
At Santosha Living we offer classes which incorporate the physical practice of asana to build strength, improve flexibility, balance and co-ordination, meditation practice for relaxation and breathwork (pranayama) to help support lung function, blood pressure as well as promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
As well as adult classes, we also teach Baby Yoga and Yoga for Children.
